By accessing or using ValuePix, you agree to these Terms.
ValuePix provides tools that help users identify items and view informational pricing references.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or availability.
ValuePix may modify or discontinue features at any time.
ValuePix may implement authentication sessions, security tokens, and other mechanisms to protect accounts.
Users may delete their account directly within the application.
ValuePix may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or create risk to the service or other users.
ValuePix may offer password recovery tools such as email verification or identity confirmation. Users are responsible for maintaining access to the email associated with their account.
All pricing information displayed by ValuePix, including retail price and estimated market value, is provided for informational purposes only.
Estimates may be derived from publicly available sources and reference data.
ValuePix does not provide certified appraisals and does not guarantee that items will sell for any displayed value.
Users are solely responsible for decisions made using this information.
ValuePix may provide links directing users to external marketplaces such as eBay or other retail platforms. These links are generated for convenience and may use item titles or related information to display search results. ValuePix does not control or verify third-party listings.
Users may store items in a personal portfolio within the application. Portfolio storage is provided for convenience only. ValuePix does not guarantee permanent storage or backups.
By uploading images, descriptions, audio for dictation, or other content to ValuePix, users grant ValuePix a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, analyze, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
ValuePix reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that upload or attempt to identify items that violate applicable laws or platform policies.
ValuePix may offer optional in-app purchases including scan credits or feature upgrades.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
ValuePix does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.
Unused credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValuePix shall not be liable for financial losses, missed opportunities, inaccurate valuation data, user disputes, loss of data, third-party content, or unauthorized account access.
Use of the service is at your own risk.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ValuePix and its operators from claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.
Any dispute arising from the use of ValuePix shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law.
Users agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class-action proceeding.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
ValuePix may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
