Images uploaded by users may be processed by automated systems used to operate the ValuePix service.
Uploaded images may also be stored as part of a user’s portfolio or item records within the platform.
Images are used solely for identification, analysis, portfolio functionality, and operation of the service.
ValuePix does not guarantee that images or uploaded content will be permanently stored.
If users choose to use voice input, audio may be recorded momentarily and processed to generate text descriptions.
Audio is used only to support dictation and related functionality and is not intended to be stored permanently.
By creating an account or providing an email address, users authorize ValuePix to send emails related to account access, security, password recovery, service functionality, and other important operational notices.
If a user chooses to opt in by checking the applicable box during login, signup, or account-related flows, ValuePix may also send limited product, feature, promotional, or service-related communications.
Users may opt out of non-essential communications where applicable.
ValuePix may rely on third-party service providers to operate the platform, including services for cloud hosting, data storage, infrastructure security, analytics and monitoring, AI-based processing, email delivery, and in-app purchase infrastructure.
These providers may process limited data strictly for the purpose of supporting the functionality and operation of the service.
ValuePix may offer optional in-app purchases such as scan credits or feature upgrades.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. ValuePix does not collect or store payment card information.
Information is retained only as long as necessary to operate the service, maintain user accounts, provide portfolio functionality, and comply with legal obligations.
ValuePix may remove stored data, images, or account information at its discretion or as required by law.
Users may delete their account directly within the application.
